The blade is 148 mm long, with a serrated upper part, designed for cleaning scales . The total length of the knife is 26 cm. It is also suitable for cutting any type of meat. The handle is figured with high grip , which is especially important when working with wet and slippery hands. The knife is sold with a strong plastic case with a clip for fastening to a belt . When the knife is placed in the kettle, thanks to two internal protrusions, something like a "lock" is obtained and it stays in it stably without falling out and "knocking". For its easy release from these protrusions and removal from the sheath, there is a special protrusion on the back to support the thumb.
