Sikkens Cetol Marine Light
Cetol Marine Light with Next Wave UV-absorbing technology is a flexible and breathable, satin translucent wood finish for use above the waterline on interior and exterior woods. It is formulated with Next Wave technology, special alkyd resin and high quality synthetic UV-absorbing pigments which shields wood against damaging UV rays. Cetol Marine Light is identical to the Cetol Marine but formulated with different pigments to produce a lighter amber appearance on wood.

Cetol Marine
One-pack, high performance, low maintenance wood treatment. A unique hybrid wood oil/varnish, its translucent satin finish offers excellent UV protection. Durable and impact-resistant, its flexible surface is also microporous, allowing the wood to breathe.
Sikkens Cetol has three colour choices as well as a final gloss option. The three colours are:
- Natural Teak: Provides a completely clear finish, showing the natural colour of your teak. Includes enhanced UV protection.
- Marine Light: Provides a lightly-coloured wood finish. Moderate UV resistance.
- Marine: Provides a rich, deeply-coloured surface. Moderate UV resistance.
- Marine Gloss: Not a varnish but recommend to be applied over Marine and Marine Light to provide UV protection or to add a glossy finish.
Application
Suitable for use on all types of wood, especially teak. Particularly suitable for decks, exterior spars, brightwork, and interior woodwork. Available in natural, teak and light.
